Technical Support Services

KMi offers a variety of support and helpdesk services.  The KMi call center operates on extended business hours, seven days a week.  Service levels can be provided to  administrators and/or end-users, and is managed by a trained support staff.  Our technical support team has direct access to production servers, which means faster response times in addressing technical issues.

Integration
