eLMS allows for extensive account management functions, making it an
integrated tool for managing your learning and communications initiatives.
With a few clicks of the mouse, the administrator can allow/disallow access to
learners, view all site features and content, set access rights, and add
information to the site.

Course and Event Maintenance
|
Through an easy and intuitive interface courses and events can be easily
added, edited and deleted from the site. By filling out simple web forms,
catalog entries, scheduled events, and asset records can be managed. Other
settings, such as cost, seating capacity and multiple events listings are
commonly used features of eLMS.
|
Registration and Approval Management
|
Our registration system gives you greater flexibility to completely control
your registration and approval process. Various registration levels are
included in the eLMS – including open enrollment; selected open enrollment
(open to selected groups); enrollment requiring administrative approval; and
paid enrollment (premium content). Open enrollment assets are approved
automatically upon learner request and information for that asset is added to
the learner’s Profile Page. Approval required assets are placed on hold and
the administrator is automatically notified of pending approvals. Once
approved, the learner is notified and information is added to their Profile
Page.
The learning asset catalog allows learners to view all assets; search by a
keyword; or view assets by type, topic or date. Administrators have access to
determine what assets are viewable by particular groups of users. Full add,
edit and delete capabilities are included with this component.
Administrators can create a variety of evaluations and assessments using
the eSurvey tools. Numerous question types are available, including rating,
multiple choice, select all, true/false, and open ended.

Third-Party Content Integration
|
The site provides the flexibility to list third-party content in the
catalog, as well as launch that content from within the site. Additional
third-party tools may also be added to the site on a per case basis.

Reports and Excel Report Download
|
eLMS reporting features make it easy to track learners, view event usage
and benchmark participation rates. A variety of online reports are included
with the site, all of which can be downloaded as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet
in one easy step.
The system allows email management on a variety of levels. Besides
pre-programmed email notifications and alerts, the administrator can use the
site to communicate with individuals or selected groups of users. This feature
can also be utilized when posting a new announcement or event to the site.
