Software Development Manager: Design and develop new and existing modules of eLearning Architecture, eLMS (Learning Management System). eLMS is a complete solution for flexible registration, content management and delivery, and communications and user tracking. Provide effective development management of multiple projects. Assist in building the development process to improve the company’s performance. Design and develop multi-tier web based applications based on Microsoft .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, .NET Framework, Web Services, SQL Server 2000/2005. Design, develop, and investigate new technologies. Design, develop, and optimize database structures and programmatic objects, including stored procedures, triggers, and views. Design and develop Windows Forms and Web Applications. Provide ad-hoc reports to upper management. Utilize the following tools, technologies, and languages: ASP.NET, SQL Server 2000/2005, .NET Framework, C#, Transact-SQL, HTML, XML, XSD, and Visual Studio 7.0/8.0.
Specifications: Requires a Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or Computer Engineering and one (1) year relevant experience. One (1) year relevant experience must have included 1) ASP.NET; 2) SQL Server 2000/2005; 3) .NET Framework; and 4) XML.
