Integrity Academy: The IA is a multi-affiliate implementation of KMI’s eLMS architecture. Integrity Works clients each access the IA through a customized and branded portal. The application allows them to launch and track training modules as well as generate completion and performance reports. In addition the eLMS communication and collaboration features enable client trainers around the world to coordinate their efforts, share best-practice and share and archive critical documents.

Content development: KMi has produced full courses for company-wide business principles training and individual compliance modules aimed at specific groups within the client companies. The Integrity Works content is characterized by extensive use of multimedia elements, high levels of interactivity and intensive production design. The courseware is distributed online through the IA, via download and on CD-ROM. Most Integrity Works courses employ pre and post assessments to help clients constantly monitor the efficacy of the training.
